Tea and Coffee

Turkish tea, often simply referred to as "çay," is a staple in Turkish culture. It is black tea, typically grown in the eastern Black Sea region of Turkey, where the climate is favorable for tea cultivation. Turkish tea is prepared using a special two-tiered teapot called a "çaydanlık."

Turkish coffee, or "Türk Kahvesi," is a traditional and aromatic drink that has a special place in Turkish culture. It is prepared using finely ground coffee beans and is served in small cups with a side of Turkish Delight (lokum).
